What are zingers?

The dictionary definition of zinger is a pointed, witty remark to cause interest or surprise.

It is a sharp, effective comeback to get attention or shift perspective.

My friends started calling my comments "zingers." In our discussions, I will listen closely to each one sharing and responding. After others have been heard, I like to summarize - and maybe surprise - with a zinger that captures the essence of the conversation.

My primary zinger is "We always have a choice. We cannot choose all of the consequences."
